Artify entitles you to exchange your items within 45 days of receipt.

Exchange is possible only in the form of a store credit that may be used for purchasing another item/s from Artify

We will issue a store credit for 100% of the amount paid by you including shipping charges and taxes if any.

You may use the store credit either online or shows.

There is no expiry date on our store credits.

AS A STANDARD COMPANY POLICY WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.

Our representatives will guide you on how to ship the items back to us.

Please do not ship any item to our offices without corresponding with our representatives.

All exchanges must be accompanied with a copy of your invoice.

All items must be shipped back to Artify in its original packaging.

Artify will not be responsible for lost or damaged items, while shipping them back to us.

All shipping costs related to the exchange must be borne by the customer.
